When is our coffee roasted?

Our coffee is freshly roasted every Monday and Thursday.

When is our coffee shipped to you?

Our coffee is shipped either on a Wednesday or Friday depending when in the week you order.

I am struggling to get the best out of my coffee?

Please contact us on the form below and we would be happy to help, just let us know where you are struggling and what you're currently doing through your brewing process.

Can I combine coffee and apparel under the same shipping cost?

Yes, regardless if you order 1kg of coffee or 20 of our Tees you will only pay £4.50 for shipping. If your order is over £35 it will be free.

Will my order (coffee & clothing) arrive at the same time?

Unfortunately not, as the roastery and clothing factory are in different locations.

Coffee is shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays only.

Clothing we aim to ship the same day you placed your order.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes we do.  Please contact us with the form below with your plans and we will get back to you ASAP, so we can chat business and supply your caffeine fix.

What's your missing/return policy?

For orders or products that go missing during transit (UK shipping only), we have to wait till 14 days have passed since the date of shipping to be able to further investigate the whereabouts of the parcel, at which point if the parcel has not arrived we typically will class this as lost and we will send a replacement order to you free of charge.

If the products arrive damaged from transit (Coffee bag ripped, opened packets or unusable products*), we require picture evidence of the complete parcel and how
it has arrived so we can claim damages back with Royal Mail. At this point, we are able to fully replace the order with your customer free of charge.

*products are classed as roasted coffee, coffee brewing equipment. This does not include any packaging or non-stock SKU inserts.

If your unhappy with the products you receive and wish to make a return, we cannot accept any coffee products that have been opened unfortunately, but if it is unopened and within 2 week of its roasted date, you can return the product to us and we can refund you.
